OBJECTIFS

1. Build up communication skills and learn to use them in a team environment.

3. Know yourself, react better to stressful or confictual situations.
4. Optimise teamwork.

6. Understand your choices and their consequences.
   
   

The horse is used here as a teaching aid as his reactions reveal the state of mind of the handler.
The horse helps you to know and understand others, thanks to excersises that are within your reach.
The horse helps you to identify key behavior patterns fundemental to team building.
All our horses are trained for this work.
Videos of the seances are made and these videos are used as part of the program.
Courses can be given in French or English.

PROGRAMME

1. -Relaxation exercices: learning to know yourself and others.
2. -Pratical exercices with the horses:
1. working on body language : identifing the  signs of stress or well being.
   
2. working both individually and in a group, working with the animals in different activities.
3. -Analysis of the experience and how the theory and the practice correspond.
4. -Evaluation by a questionnaire at the end of the formation.

Customisation of the programme is possible in terms of content, lengths and dates to suit your needs.

PRESENTATION:

At the Pendazier you will be welcomed in a warm and secluded environment. The estate stands in 12 hectares of land situated near the village of La Force.

There is a indoor school, 11 loose boxes, paddocks, fields and woodland. This allows for a wide variety of working environments.

We have 12 horses, most of whom were born at the Pendazier and are Purebred Spanish, all trained for trick riding, hacking and carriage driving.

These horses, accustomed to human contact, all have different caracters and so offer lots of possibilities.
